Our guesthouse is open all year round except for the Christmas period, but you can check in and check out only during the opening hours of the reception.

Upon check-in, our guests receive an access code that they can use to get in and out even at night.

Our reception is usually open from 7:00 to 21:00. Between 21:00 and 7:00, we are only on emergency call, at this period entry and exit is only possible with the access code. Each room has a unique code, to let others in, or share the code to others is strictly forbidden!

Our parking lot is closed at night, you can only drive in and out during the opening hours of the reception. Be sure to take this into account!

You can move into the ordered rooms from 15:00, but we may be able to provide an empty room even earlier. Ask at our reception.

Our reception is open from 7:00 to 21:00. If you want to check in after 21:00 or check out before 7:00, please tell to the receptionist in advance!

Sometimes, due to technical reasons, we cannot hand over the room on time, in which case you can wait in the garden or at the lobby.

If you have something to do, we will keep your luggage until you move into the room.

Please leave the room by 11:00 on the day of departure.

If you wish to stay longer in the room, it is possible to extend it in consultation with the receptionist.

The room fee is 50% of the room price until 15:00, after that it is the full room price.

Our reception is open from 7:00 to 21:00. If you want to check in after 21:00 or check out before 7:00, please tell to the receptionist in advance!

You can sleep as long as you want, but you can have breakfast only between 7:00 and 10:00.

If you do not use the breakfast, we will not refund the price!

Check-out is possible until 11:00. An additional fee is payable after this time!

Since there is one key per room, please always leave it at the reception when you leave our hotel. This avoids the costs and inconvenience of losing the key.

If required, we can provide a key box.

If the key is lost, we charge a fee of €150 + VAT!

Parking for our guests in the closed parking lot of our pension is possible.

We cannot reserve a parking space in advance, we allocate the spaces in order of arrival!

For street parking you have to pay between 8 am and 6 pm, but unfortunately you can only buy tickets for 4 hours at a time. Parking on the street is free during the night.

Each room has its own bathroom and toilet.

All rooms are equipped with a minibar, telephone, television, hairdryer and safe, as well as WiFi internet access.

Use of iron, kettle, etc. in the rooms are prohibited!

The rooms and furnishings must be used according to their intended purpose, and damages resulting from non-intended use must be compensated.

Yes. Connect to the "manzard" router with the strongest signal everywhere with the same password!

Some of our rooms can be supplemented with 1 extra bed. The fee for the extra bed can be seen at roomprices.

The room price does not include the tourist tax and the fees for other services.

In the case of a continuous stay of 11 nights, we give a 10% discount on the room price, except special periods. (For example during FORMULA1 and New Year's Eve period)

Smoking is prohibited in our guesthouse, in all public and private spaces, and around the pool!

Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking area in the garden.

In case of smoking in a prohibited place, we charge a penalty of €150, from which the costs of deodorization and extra cleaning are reimbursed by the rulebreaker.

Considering the needs of the majority of our guests, we do not accept pets, even for a fee.

If, despite the ban, you arrive with a pet, check-in will be refused, but the price of the reserved room will be charged according to the cancellation conditions!

You can pay your bill by credit or bank card.

One child per room up to the age of 5 is free of charge on existing beds.

Children from the age of 6 must book a separate bed.

We provide a limited number of cots based on prior request.

1 cot can be requested per room.

Please indicate this type of request when ordering, or contact our reception staff in confidence!

We are no longer able to prepare a cot upon arrival without prior request!

After you check out, we will take care of your safely locked luggage until you leave on the same day.

We are not responsible for the contents of the packages!

Yes. Our house rules are based on our experience gained over the years.

• Smoking is prohibited in our guesthouse, in all public and private spaces, and around the pool! Smoking is only allowed in the garden area and designated smoking areas. In case of smoking in a prohibited place, we charge a surcharge of €150, from which the costs of deodorization and extra cleaning are reimbursed.
• It is possible to drink drinks at the terrace, for which you can use a glass, but it is strictly forbidden to take it into the rest of the garden, the pool or its surroundings!
• We ask our dear guests to drink their drinks from the store or from home in their rooms, because we charge service fee for drinks brought from outside in the terrace and in the garden area. For a separate fee, we provide plates, cutlery and glasses if you want to eat your food brought from home in the garden, in a pleasant green environment.
• In accordance with the needs of our guests, we do not accept pets! For the sake of the quietness of the area and the tranquility of the other guests, dogs are not allowed in the parked car or in the kennel!
• One of the special features of our guesthouse is that it is located near the city center, yet it is surrounded by a quiet and peaceful environment. The majority of our guests choose us for this reason. Please respect this too! For the sake of the quiet of the area and the peace of the other guests, avoid talking loudly, do not listen to loud music, and do not conduct telephone conversations on the speakerphone! Do not drag your suitcases down the stairs, but lift them up and bring them down! In the parking lot at night, don't drag your suitcases, but lift them up, so you don't disturb the rest of the other guests.
• Do not drag your suitcases with faulty wheels along the carpet, but lift them and move them to avoid damage! In this way, the cost of repairs can be avoided, which must be reimbursed by the person responsible for the damage.
• The parking lot gate does not open when the horn is blown! Please go to the reception and let our colleague know that you would like to drive in or out.
• Parents (or responsible persons) shall be responsible for the actions and behavior of their minor children.
